Personal Data Processed

Through the quote form: name, email address, phone number, requested date, group size, route and message content. Traffic and usage data may also be processed through cookies. Driver Job Applications and Special-Category Personal Data

The driver job application form at /en/apply/ is a separate processing activity from the quote form and covers a wider set of data.

Ordinary personal data: full name, Turkish national ID number, date and place of birth, province of registration, gender, marital status, military service status, education, social security institution, spouse's occupation and number of children; driving licence class and issue date, SRC2 and psychotechnical certificate details; phone, email and address; previous employment history; and the results of the optional Type A/B personality questionnaire.

Special-category personal data (Article 6 of Law No. 6698): blood group, known health condition and its description, criminal record and its description, probation status, and statements on smoking and alcohol use.

For this data the legal basis is explicit consent under Article 6/2. The application form carries a second consent checkbox for this data, separate from the general privacy consent; the application cannot be submitted unless both are ticked. Explicit consent may be withdrawn at any time through the contact channels at the end of this notice.

The sole purpose is recruitment assessment: verifying the legal and professional requirements of the driving role (driving licence, SRC2, psychotechnical certificate, criminal record status) and evaluating the candidate's suitability. This data is not used for marketing.

The emergency contact fields contain personal data belonging to people other than the applicant. The applicant is responsible for informing those people that their details are shared with Arhan Turizm.

Purposes

Preparing and sending a price quote for the requested transfer or tour service; conducting pre-contractual discussions; handling requests and complaints; measuring service quality.

Legal Basis

KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Explicit consent is obtained separately for marketing communication.

Transfers

Data may be shared with partner transport operators to the extent required to deliver the service, with hosting and email infrastructure providers, and with public authorities where legally required.

Retention

Quote form data is kept for 2 years from the date the quote is sent; records that become contracts are kept for the statutory limitation periods.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction, deletion or destruction, request notification of third parties, object to analysis by automated systems, and claim compensation. Send requests to info@arhantur.com.

Form Security (Google reCAPTCHA)

To protect the quote and job application forms against automated submissions (bots, spam), we use reCAPTCHA v3, a service of Google LLC. reCAPTCHA is loaded only when you start filling in a form; as long as you do not interact with a form, no data is sent to Google through reCAPTCHA.

Once loaded, Google collects data such as your IP address, browser and device information and how you interact with the page, in order to assess whether a submission is made by a human, and may use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose. This data is processed by Google on servers outside Türkiye, in particular in the United States. How Google processes data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the forms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
